Candidate Statement of Qualifications

AGE: 69

OCCUPATION: Businessman/Roofing Tradesman

I’ve lived in District 3 for 35 years. When I moved to Anaheim, crime was going up and neighborhoods were in decline. I got involved in my neighborhood and brought residents together to make our community safe. As chair of the Anaheim Planning Commission, I fought for fair, inclusive planning policies to give residents a voice.

If elected, I will: Improve the quality of life in our neighborhoods by investing in community services, parks, libraries, public safety, and youth services.

  • Address homelessness. Anaheim will do its fair share, but cannot shoulder the burden for other cities. Let’s work with the County of Orange to provide shelter and services in ways that do not impact our neighborhoods and keep our parks and streets safe for all residents.

  • Hire new police officers and firefighters.

  • Be transparent about the revenue the resort generates and direct money to our neighborhoods.

  • Support our youth by funding neighborhood school programs.

  • Anaheim Firefighters Association

  • Anaheim Neighborhood Association

  • U.S. Congresswoman Loretta Sanchez (ret.)

  • Anaheim City Council Member Kris Murray

  • Anaheim City Council Member Lucille Kring

  • Anaheim City Council Member Stephen Faessel

District 3 residents deserve a representative who will listen to them and put their needs first. I will return integrity and common sense to the Anaheim City Council.

Please vote for the change we need.
